More than ever, LexiVin® stands out as the authoritative wine lexicon at the beginning of the 3rd millenium, with its over 7,000 words and phrases used throughout the world of wine.

Over the last three years, LexiWine® has kept on growing up and ripening, all along professional trips and international wine contests both in France and English-speaking countries.

Since 1987, the success of LexiWin® in its English, German, Japanese and Spanish versions - confirmed by the prize of Special Mention "International Terminology" LVMH "Grand Prix" for international Vine and Wine Communication, right in 1991 - and combined with the constant demand from professionals, teachers, faculties, interpreters, translators and amateurs, led us to publish this fifth edition - revisited, updated and enriched with hundreads of new entries - of the French-English/English-Franch version.

In our concern to follow the rules of the previous adaptations and translations, and our endless search for the most useful, modern and essential terms, it is a real pleasure for us to present to you this new edition of our wine lexicon.

We are aware of the fact that this "LexiVin®-LexiWine", although brand new, is not exhaustive. Therefore, you are more than welcome to send us new words and phrases that you wish to see added in the furure. Thanks in advance.
